Step by step
How it works
- Plan the spot
We check the path from the street, gates, slopes and overhead lines, and where the electrical will come from.
- Prepare the base
A level concrete pad or an approved base – a filled hot tub weighs several tons.
- Deliver & set
Our crew brings the tub in on a cart or by crane and sets it level.
- Start up
Fill, balance, heat and a walk-through of the controls and care.
Access is everything
Most hot tub surprises happen between the truck and the backyard: a gate that is two inches too narrow, a steep slope, a low eave. We check it before delivery day. Swim spas and big tubs sometimes need a crane – we plan that too.

What kind of base does a hot tub need?
A flat, level base that can carry the filled weight – usually a 4-inch concrete pad. Some tubs allow approved pad systems.
Do you do the electrical?
Most tubs need a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician. We coordinate it and connect the tub.
