Step by step

How it works

  1. Tell us the symptom

Call or send a message – what the equipment does, or does not do, and since when.

  2. Diagnosis on site

A technician checks the pump, filter, heater, salt system, automation, lights or plumbing and finds the cause.

  3. Repair or replace

We carry common parts on the van, so many repairs are done on the first or second visit; otherwise we explain the options.

  4. Test

We run the system, check for leaks and set the run times before we leave.

Fix it or replace it?

We tell you straight. A $40 seal or a capacitor does not need a new pump; a 15-year-old single-speed pump that is eating your power bill probably does. A review from one of our customers sums it up: Dan came out on a Monday to check a clicking pump, and by Wednesday afternoon everything was installed – and when she asked about another part, he checked the van and put it in on the spot.

Paperwork matters

New equipment comes with manufacturer warranties, and we register them and leave you the paperwork. If you are selling a house or want your records in order, ask us for a list of everything on your pad.

Pick a topic: pumps, filters, salt systems, automation, lights, plumbing & leaks, pool cleaners.

Dan J. came out on a Monday to check our clicking pump. By afternoon on Wednesday, everything was installed. As he was cleaning up, I asked if he could replace another part. Without hesitation, he checked to see if he had the part on the van & installed it.

Our pump went out on Saturday evening. I called Elite Pool and my call was returned immediately. Dan came on Sunday morning and by Tuesday we had a new pump installed and pool was up and running. Dan explained everything to us about our equipment. I cannot say enough good things about Elite Pool and their service.

Dan has been WONDERFUL! A week or two ago we had a pool electrical problem which was caused by a pool equipment malfunction. He discovered the issue and filed needed paperwork for the warranty. And today he installed the Pool Attendant. All Elite Pool staff are excellent!
