This lakefront build on Logan Martin Lake started, like all our pools, with a 3D design that placed the pool, the steps and the deck between the house and the water. Excavation began in March on the Coosa River side of the lot, with wooden forms to hold the shape on the sloping ground.
By May the walls and steel were in and the floor was being prepared – lake lots mean careful grading, solid forms and protecting the shoreline while heavy equipment works. The photos follow the build stage by stage.
