Pools in Hoover

Hoover sits across two counties and a lot of hills. Lots on the slopes of Shades Mountain and in Bluff Park often fall away from the house, which is why many of our Hoover pools are gunite: a gunite pool can be stepped into the hillside or raised on the low side and finished with stone or tile. In newer neighborhoods like Ross Bridge, Lake Cyrus and Trace Crossings, the yards are flatter but smaller and the HOA usually wants to see plans before work starts – we prepare the 3D drawings and documents for that review.

The city of Hoover requires a building permit for an inground pool and a barrier around it. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections and build to the current code, so you do not have to chase paperwork.
