My technician has always been Kyle Handy. Hes responsive, kind, very knowledgeable, and respectful.
He knows his stuff not only did he completely bring my pool to what you see in the pictures from green to clean but he patiently showed and taught me how to do almost everything myself; inevitably helping me save on money and time.
10/10 highly recommend. Not too fond of the prices but the service was great.

Dan J. came out on a Monday to check our clicking pump. By afternoon on Wednesday, everything was installed. As he was cleaning up, I asked if he could replace another part. Without hesitation, he checked to see if he had the part on the van & installed it. Elite might be pricey, but they show up, explain everything thoroughly & get the job done. Highly recommend Elite & if you get to work with Dan even better!

We chose Elite Pools after one of my best friends , Aaron, recommended them. Although his project ultimately took nearly two years to complete and has since developed a leak, he spoke very highly of the team that initially came out to evaluate his pool. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service gave both of us confidence that we would be in good hands, so my husband and I decided to move forward with our own project.
I want to begin by recognizing the people who truly deserve credit. Angie and Kyle were outstanding to work with. Their customer service was exceptional, and they consistently treated us with kindness, professionalism, and respect. As someone who manages a business, I can honestly say I would hire either of them in a heartbeat. They are tremendous assets to this company.
Unfortunately, our experience with the construction side of the business has been the complete opposite.
Our project began in October. We originally hired Elite Pools to replace our vinyl liner because we believed the pool had a leak. During the project, we also added a tanning ledge and a new filter and light Once construction began, we were told our existing coping was too old to reuse, so we agreed to replace it as well.
The new coping was not installed correctly. No relief cuts were made, and it has already developed numerous cracks. When we reported the problem, the “repair” consisted of filling the cracks with a material that doesn’t even match the coping. We were never confident that patching the cracks addressed the actual problem. We were told that they would correct the problem with Knockdown, We were given days that they would be out to do it, and they never showed up to do it, excuses and unanswered calls and texts are frustrating. We were able to allow our grandchildren to enjoy the pool only to discover something much more serious—we received an electrical shock while in the pool. Ironically, this had happened years ago when we first purchased the house, but that issue had long since been resolved. The only new electrical work performed was the installation of the new pool light and filter during this project.
Elite Pools could not determine where the electrical current was coming from and suggested we hire an electrician. We did. The electrician found the problem almost immediately. The pool was not properly grounded, and the grounding had been compromised during the coping installation. That is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety issue that cost us additional money to correct.
More than eight months after this project began, it is still not complete. We have repeatedly been told by Benjamin that he would be at our home on specific dates to finish the work, only for those appointments to come and go without anyone showing up. Calls and text messages have frequently gone unanswered, including our most recent attempt to get an update.
We have documented everything: the cracked coping, the mismatched repairs, the cement footprints left behind, the grounding issue, and the repeated delays. We are still waiting for the coping to be properly cut to relieve the stress that is causing it to crack and the Knockdown to be applied.
I cannot speak negatively about everyone at Elite Pools because that simply wouldn’t be fair. Angie and Kyle have been exceptional throughout this process. Their professionalism and customer service are exactly what every company should strive for.
Unfortunately, the construction side of our experience has been frustrating, poorly managed, and, at times, unsafe. I sincerely hope these issues are resolved soon so we can finally enjoy the pool we’ve invested so much time and money into.
If you’re considering Elite Pools for construction work, my advice is simple: document everything, hold them accountable to their commitments, and don’t assume that promises about scheduling or workmanship will be followed through without persistence.

One young man that came out was very professional and very knowledgeable. He started right away and resolved the issue of a block skimmer. I bought the house 3 years ago and skimmer has always been weak but I thought it was normal until it quit sucking at all.
Elite showed up and cleared the blockage that has probably been there for a few years. I’m including a picture of a plastic bottle the we never use.

Great customer experience, attention to detail, communication as to the process - service - training was extraordinary, service teams knowledge is tops in the industry. I will definitely be calling Elite’s Pool Team to discuss our next project of an in ground pool install.

Our pump went out on Saturday evening. I called Elite Pool and my call was returned immediately. Dan came on Sunday morning and by Tuesday we had a new pump installed and pool was up and running. Dan explained everything to us about our equipment. I cannot say enough good things about Elite Pool and their service.

These guys (Colton) are amazing. Very personable and professional group. Had an issue that I thought would be the end all and turned out to be not much of a problem at all. Colton spent time with me to answer any questions and spoke on my level of pool knowledge. The service call annd labor was way less than expected too. Elite will be my pool guys forever. I’d recommend to anyone.

A week or two ago we had a pool electrical problem which was caused by a pool equipment malfunction. He discovered the issue and filed needed paperwork for the warranty. And today he installed the Pool Attendant. All Elite Pool staff are excellent!

So grateful for Dan and the team at Elute pools! We are new to the area, and we spent the entire month of July struggling with terrible algae problems in our pool. We tried everything and couldn’t get ahead of it. Dan came out assessed the situation, and quickly discovered that we had been sold the wrong size filter by another local pool company earlier this year. Within less than a week, Elite pools had us up and running with the correct filter. Dan took the time to check everything, explain what was going on and patiently answer all of my questions. We finally have our pool back! Dan is the best, and I highly recommend Elite pools!

Had to have new liner for our inground pool. I cant say enough on how well mannered the boys were that did our work. Jacob and the other boys did an excellent job. We have had a great experience with using Elite Pool Services for our pool cleaning and repair needs. Dan has done a fantastic job handling our pool repairs. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Thanks to his hard work and attention to detail, our pool is running better than ever. From explaining the options to following up and doing an amazing installation job, Kyle was the best service manager. He was very knowledge and professional. Kyle was friendly from start to finish and takes pride in his work. Cannot recommend Elite enough!

Kyle did a great job of fixing my salt water generator when it went out. Luckily, it was under warranty and he even had to route it a different way. His customer service was 100%. I would highly recommend and will use them again.

I needed my pool vacuumed and a salt cell cleaning. Joel came out and did a great job as well as teaching me so I can do it myself next time. He was very patient with me in answering all my questions. Ronnie and everyone at Elite Pool Services is always helpful whenever I need them.

I happen to Google and find elite pools and i so glad I did. They were absolutely amazing at working to get someone to us asap to help get our pool going. Kyle came and he was the best, he was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. We will definitely be using Elite Pools for our future pool needs. Elite Pools renovated and repaired our swimming pool. The pool is a vanishing edge pool with an in floor cleaning system with a lot of plumbing. It is a complicated set up.
The cracks in the shell were repaired, the plumbing was repaired and it was replastered with new tile. It was a huge job. Kyle Handy from Elite was diligent and thorough. He had to make several difficult to diagnose and repair plumbing failures. Thanks to Kyle and Elite, problems solved.

We had been calling and texting with other pool companies in the area and none of them ever showed up when they said they would or weren’t able to come out until months later. I called Elite Pool Services and Service Technician Dan Jett was at our house the same day! (This was at the end of May, so I’m sure it’s a busy time for them)
He told us what was needed and told us he could come out the next week to install everything (motor, pump, changed sand in filter and more) He was very knowledgeable about all of the new equipment and explained everything to us thoroughly. Definitely recommend to anyone needing anything for their pool or spa!

Dave and the Elite Pool team did an amazing job with our aged pool of 30 years. They helped connect us with a restoration specialist (Thanks ETS Restoration) that corrected a few issues in our backyard prior to starting the pool work. Elite added new stairs, new coping, and a new liner that totally transformed the space. Great work, communication, and they built trust along the way. Thanks!
