Heading into Memorial Day weekend I had some water flow issues in my pool. Kyle came out the next day after I contacted him & tweaked a couple of valves & got my water flow issue fixed quickly. Highly recommend Elite Pool Services.

We had the pleasure of having Kyle replace our pool heater. He was very punctual, personable, helpful, and most importantly, did great work. We are looking forward to lengthening our pool season with our new heater, thanks to Kyle. We would recommend Kyle for any pool needs.

Chlorinator cell replacement It was just turned 3 years old and needed to be replaced. Just out of warranty. $1320. To me that was pretty expensive but admit I have no idea Colton fixed it quickly and was very helpful and courteous and came when he said he would. It took awhile to get the part but they had to order it and they installed the day it came.

Had a great experience today with Kyle who installed a variable speed pump/motor on our pool. Excellent work, very professional and knows everything about his craft. I look forward to doing more business with this company.

I have used Elite for maintenance issues on a fiberglass pool and they are great. Kyle came out yesterday and not only fixed the problem, but saw a couple of other future issues and gave suggestions on how to prevent or get ahead of. Always very price conscious on the service call and recommendations. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Cole Rouge did an amazing job and was very helpful in sharing recommendations they would make cleaning the pool easier and run its best! My 11yr old also run his ears off about Bull riding and he listened and asked questions, never once did he seem bothered by the extra conversation!

Dan arrived on time and clearly explained the process for cleaning and maintaining our inground pool. He walked us through the treatment plan and let us know that we may need a new liner within the next year or so, even offering to provide a quote when we’re ready. We appreciate his professionalism and transparency. He’ll continue treating our pool until it’s ready to use, which gives us great peace of mind.

Kyle was so great to work with. He communicated extremely well and set expectations right from the start. They knocked it out of the park and can’t wait to continue to work with them.

Elite Pool has serviced our pool for 2-3 years. This is first season we hired them to shut it down, cover and reopen for summer . Cole was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable explaining what was he was doing to get us opened for summer! Their technicians are always polite and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and will use them for my pool needs going forward.

Wayne has been opening and closing our pool for several years and he is WONDERFUL!! He is very attentive and does a wonderful job!! He always explains what he is doing and why he's doing it!!

Colton Rouge at Elite Pool Services cleaned our tile on the lanai and got our pool ready for the summer. He did an excellent job and is a very pleasant person to work with.

Kyle came out today & did some repairs to our pool. He changed it from chlorine to salt. Great, friendly person, worked hard to get it all done. Stayed late to make sure everything was running properly.

Has shown up late almost every appointment we have made. Begs For a review before the service has even been complete completed. And now has canceled multiple times when we needed work completed before the holiday.. This company does not have any professionalism. Please stay away.

Kyle Handy, Dan and all the folks at Elite always do a great job for us. Been dealing with them for over two years. Always do well, show up when they are supposed to, knowledgeable staff and are reasonably priced.

Kyle showed up on time. He was very knowledgable and shared the upgrades we needed. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to give me what we needed without overselling.

So we hired Elite to install a pool in our backyard this summer and they did an excellent job for us and really made something special. John and team were very easy to work with and we even got to try out a new pool automation system that makes monitoring the pool a breeze. Can't say enough good things about Elite Pool, very pleased with the work they provided and the attention to detail!

I called about a big leak in my pool equipment at 8, and a service person was here by 8:40. He worked quickly and efficiently, and politely answered all my questions.

Dan Jett was on time and thorough opening up our pool for the season. He was polite and went over everything he added to the pool. I would recommend him to service your pool.

We’ve been using Elite Pool Services for about 5 years now and they have consistently done an excellent job. They have done the weekly service and are now in the midst of renovating and remodeling it. Our pool is pretty old so it has had a decent amount of issues over the years and Elite has quickly responded and fixed the problems as soon as they could. Kyle has been great at solving our issues with the equipment in the past in a very fair and efficient way and is now doing an excellent job of bringing our equipment into the 21st century. He’s been great to communicate with and very helpful in figuring out all our equipment. Dave, Willie and the construction team have been wonderful to work with, hard working and excellent with communication. And Davina has also been wonderful in organizing cleaning, repairs, cleaning it herself, and helping us to maintain it the best we can! I would absolutely recommend Elite to anyone looking for pool services or pool construction!

Joel was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed, fixed the problem, cleaned the pool and checked the chemical levels in record time. I was very impressed.
