What Birmingham pool owners say about us

I had a water heater pump placed. They work led and planned to place it in the best place. They were the first company I didn’t have to chase after placing the order. They actually started the work 2 weeks before it was promised. John is ridiculously nice and did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend

Had a great experience with Kyle from Elite Pool Service. He was able to fix the issue we was having with our pool. He took his time answering all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Elite Pool Service!

Elite Pool & Spa solved the Jacuzzi problem I had & the tech was excellent! The booking notice was received. I called the Service Dept. to confirm the job & the tech was already on his way! Talk about SERVICE !!! Thank you very much, Kyle, very personable and knowledgeable. Answered any question I had and was very professional. Elite Pool Services is my go to for my spa!

I called a couple months ago needing help with the algae that had completely taken over our pool. We tried ourselves but it was just stubborn and we threw in the towel. I called several places and were told they were at least 4-6 weeks out and the receptionist at one place was not friendly at all. Calling Elite Pool Services made me feel appreciated from the first word from the friendly voice that answered to each time they come out and treat my property as they would their own. The few times I have been here and spoken to the guys that have down maintenance on my pool have been pleasant and friendly interactions. They are here every Monday and I get a text letting me know they are on their way and a text/email when they are done and a list of everything done. They even came out Memorial Day which we didn’t expect at all. I figured they would come out the next day. But they came out and did their job! Glad I called Elite and not settle for any of the others! Thanks for helping us get our pool back under our control!

Needed a pool light replaced quickly for a pool party. Elite came through like a champ, and even came back the next day to replace the corroded gasket around the light, which probably caused it to fail in the first place. The technician was great, and very friendly.

On time for an early appointment. Did a great job removing the pool cover and putting it up in my She Shed. Cleaned the pool as well as possible. They will return to clean again when the stuff in the water sinks to the bottom. Dependable company!

Pravidelnou údržbu mi zajišťuje společnost Elite a do mého zapuštěného bazénu mi nainstalovali palubní trysky. Jsou profesionální a spolehliví. Kvalitní práce. Velmi dobří v komunikaci a zákaznickém servisu.

Do našeho zapuštěného vinylového bazénu dali novou fólii.

I waited for over 4 months and made numerous follow-up phone calls simply to try to get an estimate from another pool company with whom I already had a service contract. Elite Pool Services visited my home the same day I called, provided an estimate within 24 hours, and had essentially completed the work within a week. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. They are now my go-to business for any pool-related issues.

Dependable and courteous. My pool went green this year during an illness. Wayne is working on getting it clear and it already looks so much better. Wayne has been great to take pictures of the progress since I was not at home. Highly recommend.

Dan was awesome today, really appreciate him

John came to our home 03.15.2024 I thought to give us a quote. We talked about wants and needs and he told me turnaround time for a quote is usually 2 days, give him a week. 2 weeks after John came I sent him a text, 04.02.24 he apologized and asked for us to bear with him that he was the only one quoting. As of today, 4.30.24 we still have not gotten a quote from Elite. We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service with this company and have had zero follow up. We only wanted a salt water pool, rectangular in shape and concrete around it, nothing special.

Kyle was very helpful. I’ve had a place where my vinyl liner was coming loose since it was installed by Garrett Pools in Pell City 3 seasons ago. So glad I reached out to Elite because everyone else I called never showed up. Kyle fixed it in about 5 minutes!
Definitely recommend Elite Pool.

I cannot say enough about Elite Pool. I was a customer several years ago, but stopped using to give a guy in my neighborhood an opportunity. Elite had done a great job, but I let him talk me into giving him a chance.
BAD mistake. I used him for a year or so. Half the time when he left it looked like it had not been vacuumed or brushed. He always had an excuse for why it wasn't clear. I then tried to get my pool under control myself. Fast forward another year, my pool was in bad shape, spent more time working on it than swimming. Elite started working on my pool back during the winter months and has helped me get my equipment functioning properly. Someone else had installed a wrong valve on my over flow and when my pool was backwashed, it went back in pool. Elite diagnosed and fixed the problem within a week of my returning as a customer. My pool has never looked better. Every time they clean I get a nice picture showing the work they have done. They have given me confidence that my pool is in good hands. Looking forward to a summer of fun and relaxing by the pool. I will leave the maintenance to the professionals. Thankful for the professionalism and knowledge of Elite pool service.

The guys worked from the time they arrived. They explained what they were doing because I had questions, and were very nice! I highly recommend Elite Pool Services! I can’t wait for them to come back and open it back up, I miss it already😕

Naši technici jsou velmi profesionální, důkladní a poctiví. Vyčistili mi myšmi zamořenou vířivku a opravili netěsnost způsobenou myšmi. Určitě je využiji pro jakoukoli budoucí údržbu nebo opravy.

Wayne came out to get our pool cleaned for summer and he was awesome! He answered all my questions and gave very detailed instructions on what to do until he comes back for our next clean! If you need your pool cleaned, I highly recommended asking for Wayne!!

Elite Pool Services built a pool for us about 2 years ago and we LOVE it! Their attention to detail is second to none, the quality is great and we are very pleased with our pool. Many of our neighbors have commented how great everything looks!
I have also used Elite Pool services on several renovations for apartment communities we manage. Their quality of work is top notch, the work site was kept clean, the jobs were completed timely and within budget. Don't be fooled by the lowest price....you always get what you pay for!
I would highly recommend Elite Pool Services for all of your pool needs!

The pool techs ACTUALLY DO THIER JOB!!!! WE TRANSFERRED HERE FROM ANOTHER POOL COMPANY HERE IN BHAM!!! And when I tell you I wish we would have found these guys first! Coming from a company where the service was a complete fail to NOW seeing a PRISTINE Clean well balanced pool is a BREATH of FRESH air. Lets talk about this companys structure I GET A ETA text with the name and ETA of my tech on our cleaning days! ALSO a email with a picture of my pool and levels AFTER EACH VISIT!!! Our tanning ledge NEVER BEEN THIS CLEAN!!! I love Elite Pools!! If you are looking to protect your investment this is the place! Quality service

Společnost Elite Pool mi téměř rok servisovala fóliový bazén - nainstalovala novou fólii, přešla z chlórového na solný systém a udělala několik servisních výjezdů. Vždy byli rychlí, profesionální a vyřešili všechny mé problémy.

I think my previous review was deleted so here goes again. I paid $425 for a green to clean my pool didn’t get past a light green color. I found out why the pool hasn’t been vacuumed and there were a mountain of leaves that we took out. There’s still leaves in the pool that we are trying to get out. No one communicated with us when a technician will be back out until the day of which was Tuesday morning. All of my other messages that were we sent a response wasn’t received. This should be rectified or my money should be refunded.

Great service, professional and engaging technician, fast repair.
