What Birmingham pool owners say about us

Arrived on time. Did a complete closing of pool. Very neat and thorough. Worth every penny since I’m over 70 yo and can no longer do it all. Thank You Elite🎉🎉

Very pleased either way Wayne at Elite Pools! He closed our pool down both timely and efficiently. He also gave us helpful advice/info about when to reopen in the Spring/Summer!

Very pleased with the service today. Everything was done well.

Dan Jett was very responsive, knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. We will consider using Elite again in the future.

Joel was excellent. He was very patient with us asking a lot of questions and solved the problem within minutes of arriving!!

We had a service call with Joel last week to reinsert a small section of the liner into the track. The job was done quickly and he provided simple instructions for any further issues that we could do ourselves in most instances. That helped because I did find a few additional slippages that I was able to easily correct on my own. We'll keep an eye on further issues which hopefully will not require additional calls or steps on our little-over-2 year liner install.

Pořídil jsem si nový filtr a motor s proměnnými otáčkami. Wayne odvedl úžasnou práci a je nejlepší z nejlepších. Děkuji za skvělou práci.

Had a great experience with my pool services. Colton was very nice and helpful.

I worked in pools for years but just so busy now I can’t do it. These people are the only company in 3 years that I’ve had a pool company to respond to me. Super professional. Calls back every single time I leave a message. Been out twice and I can already see a huge difference. I’m going to post the pics one they finish but so far it’s been absolutely the way I’d run my pool business. A+++++
Kyle and Gabe were amazing!! Kyle is so nice and on top of things. Gabe came to the rescue and patched and got my pool clear. I so appreciate them.

Colton was great! Fast response, reapair, and recomendations! Thanks Colton & Elite Pool for getting us back in the pool!

Colton was very knowledgeable and did a great job changing our pool over to a salt system.

All went well. Wayne did a good job of I.stalling a liner lock.

Dan nám uprostřed prudkého deště opravil netěsnící nádrž z filtrační kartuše do bazénu. To, co ti levnější hoši udělali špatně, opravil během chvilky. Jeho vizitku si nechávám po ruce pro případ dalšího problému. Vřele doporučuji Elite Pool Services, konkrétně Dana.

Pool Tech was very knowledgeable took care of my problem and we were swimming the next day.
Thank You.

After our pool pump went out on a Saturday, Dan Jett with Elite Pool Services came out within just a few hours and replaced it with a new Jandy variable speed pump. Dan is very knowledgeable and professional taking a lot of time reviewing with us how to use the new “smart” pump. He programmed it to meet all our needs and even came out a couple of days later to make some needed adjustments. We are very pleased. Dan is just the best! Thanks so much!!!

They are performing the Green to Clean for my pool. Gabriel was on time and was very respectful and did a great job in a timely manner. He was great at explaining things to me also.
