What Birmingham pool owners say about us

Wayne did an excellent job opening our pool. He extremely professional and went the extra mile on helping us store the cover.

Elite Pool Services installed my new replacement Polaris cleaner system quickly and correctly. I will continue to use their services as my needs require.

Dan came out fixed our pool heating system and as well as that fault system on our board. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He knows exactly what he is doing not trying over sell you on anything.

Today's service call was great. The techs were friendly and explained everything in detail. They gave me recommendations and answered all of my questions.

Dan was a experienced technician. Repairs were outstanding and quick. I'd call them again for pool services in a minute.

Great company with knowledgeable employees! We use their weekly pool service and we recently had a new pool liner installed by Elite pools. We love the new look- reminds us of the emerald coast in Destin!

Kyle is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with questions. He provided a great experience for a first-time pool owner.

First day, 5/22, so far so good. Tech stated 2 weeks (6/6) for our pool to open. Fingers crossed this goal is met!
Colton got our pool ready ahead of the expected date given. Elite Pool Services has a loyal customer.

Dan is easy to work with, arrives when expected. Saves us some money on labor too!! Very pleased

Kyle Handy and crew are really knocking it out of the park this year with fabulous coverage, service, and insight for our pool’s annual ’physical’ to keep it running in tip top shape.

Dan and his team were amazing. There work was superb! Definitely recommend

Knowledgeable crew that stays on top of my pool issues. I’m a newby to pools so I rely on the expertise of this company. They schedule my maintenance and fix my system. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to my friends.

I wanted to take the opportunity to express our gratitude to Benjamin St. George of Elite Pools. They replaced a pool liner for us this Summer and guaranteed and warranted their work. Benjamin is a good man, easy to work with the their workmanship is absolutely TOP SHELF!! We have had pool liner replacements from two other companies from Clanton and Montgomery with bad results. It is with much gratitude that we happily give our recommendation to Benjamin from Elite Pools for the replacement of your pool liner….you’ll ALWAYS BE GLAD you did.

Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. Responded all my calls and emails. Great businesses. Gave me good feedback on other issues with my pool.

Excellent service. Cleared circulation blockage.
Professional in doing so. Will call again if needed.

Dan and his team are absolutely amazing! He is beyond professional and knowledgeable!

An electrical surge fried my pool system, and Kyle has helped me diagnose and replaced my pool system quickly

Dan the man! Got our pool open for the year. He did an amazing job on service and cleaning.

I was recently widowed and Creative Pools came out and did everything necessary to close my pool for the winter. Their personnel are not only efficient and quick, they are polite and kind. I really appreciate the way they handled a difficult situation. I plan on having them do the maintenance next year. I definitely recommend them.

Quick fix for my pool and got me back up and running quickly. Would use Kyle again for sure if needed.

Elite Pool Service was an excellent choice for refurbishing our old pool. Their team was very professional, working rapidly to remove all of the old plaster and tiles. Their manager helped us select colors for the new plaster, tiles and coping. They met every expectation we envisioned to create an attractive new pool! I give them my highest recommendation.
