What Birmingham pool owners say about us

I needed a spa cleaned that had not been cleaned in two years. Kyle was the service tech and did a great job cleaning and preparing it for use. I will use this company again. It was worth every dime.

Kyle was awesome and very informative it had been almost a year of try to find someone to fix my hot tub. I paid two individals off Angie list just as much and no results. I will call Elite Pool for all my needs..I am a little out their area but more that worth it.

Excellent service the tech was wonderful.

John P did a great job quoting and setting up the job. Kyle H the service tech showed up on time and professionally got the installation completed. Elite is my go to pool company in Birmingham.

Elite Pool Services was one of three local pool installation companies that we had come to our home to give quotes for installing a gunite pool. We choose Elite because Brad was spent time breaking down costs, and working with us to adjust our pool idea to fit within our budget. He and his team were always on time, conscientious and did a fantastic job from our HOA application all the way to completion. He was also willing to answer questions and advise us of things once the pool was complete and we were managing the water on our own. We would use them again without hesitation.

I purchased a Cal Spa from Elite Pool & Spa, My sales lady Ronni was very courteous, I’d give it a 5 star rating but I ended up purchasing a Spa that was missing some features that were supposed to be standard like an Ozonator, corner beam lights, etc.
I was told I was purchasing an Escape X-Series ec-767LX but it ended up being the Escape model ec-767L, still a great Spa but not what I thought I was purchasing. Also the cabinet was slightly damaged during installation but they’re supposed replace the damaged sections. Overall, I’d buy from Elite again, Patrick the sales manager upgraded my cover lift at no additional charge and also gave me a small military veterans discount. The installation crew was extremely nice and professional as well. These are the type of people you want to do business with, especially with such a large purchase. Go see Patrick, Ronni and the rest of the staff when purchasing a Hot Tub, you’ll be glad you did.

This team goes above and beyond on every job and after every job. I had one company tell me nothing could be done about my pump issue and Elite Pool stepped up and resolved the problem for me.
Could not ask for better service!!!!

Kyle is awesome ! Very responsive.

The tech was very nice, did his job and answered all our questions!

We had a leak in the return pipe. Elite cut through over 6 in deep concrete to get to the broken pipe. They replaced the damage section, filled the hole and poured the concrete. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

The first vinyl liner installed had problems cut wrong and leaking.
But after manager review they removed their substandard line
r, ordered a new liner and installed it with their "A" Team. I am impressed by the integrity of Elite Pool.

I have relatively large pool that had about 30 years of service and was showing it.
The reason I chose the Elite Pool Services was primarily an encounter during last summer when they helped correct a minor leak. Their prompt and professional approach impressed me and this year I asked them to propose major overhaul of my pool.
The proposal, the project management, committed hard work, and the attitude of the Elite Pool Services impressed me even more while they basically rebuilt my pool. The result is pool that looks like new with work performed in impressively short time.
I believe I received good value for my money.

Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our motor on the pump wasn't working. So he did what he could do until we get it replaced then he'll be back to complete the job.

We were given an older hot tub. They came out quickly and gave an honest assessment of the Repairs needed to get it up and running or if best to look into a new unit. Very friendly and experienced.

The guys were great. Down to earth and ready to answer any questions that I had.
They had great personalities and were fun and engaging. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Kyle and Cole were great. They got right into it, and found the problems, was able to fix one, and will be back to complete the complete with part is in hand.
Highly recommend

Kyle is a wonderful, smart, and professional service technician. He was able to diagnose the problem and ordered the needed part. Best service ever!

Brad and his team do such a great job and show excellent customer service and professionalism. Joel, Kyle and Stephen all do such a wonderful job.

Právě jsme si nechali nainstalovat bazén a jsme s Elite službami nesmírně spokojeni. Odvedli skvělou práci a je s nimi velmi příjemné spolupracovat.

Sam is the MAN! Terry and Sam could not have been better. They quickly coordinated with my home warranty company and had my pump replaced in record time. Seamless transaction. Highly reccomend this company!!

Excellent service. We are so happy to be working with Elite Pool Services. Very great attention details and even better communication aspect. I don’t have to be on site to know that the pool has been cleaned because I get a report and pictures for every visit! Highly reccomend.

Came out to fix my pool heater . One code was fixed. The other problem required a part to be ordered. They were able to make a diagnosis quickly . Will await the final repair.

Společnost Elite Pool Services vyniká ve všech oblastech. Dostavují se včas, udržují náš bazén a vybavení a průběžně nás informují o všech problémech. Vřele je doporučujeme.
